In March, the Delaware Symphony proudly presents A John Williams Celebration, under the direction of guest conductor Scott Speck.
This special performance is a tribute to the remarkable career of John Williams, showcasing a cross section of his most iconic and cherished compositions. In honor of Williams’ enduring collaboration with director Steven Spielberg, we will feature his work from beloved movies such as Jurassic Park, Jaws, Close Encounters of the Third Kind, Schindler’s List, and E.T. The Extra-Terrestrial. Immerse yourself in the magic of Williams’ music, which has left an indelible mark on popular culture, including the enchanting world of Harry Potter and the timeless Star Wars saga.
Concert run time: Approx. 95 minutes with one 20-minute intermission.
